Materials & care

The pot is made of extra-thick cast aluminum for even heat distribution. The lid is tempered glass, and the eight forks are stainless steel. Wipe the heating base and cord with a damp cloth; do not immerse the base or cord in water. The pot, lid, and forks can be washed by hand.

How to use

Place the cast aluminum pot on the heating base and plug in the detachable magnetic power cord. Use the variable temperature dial to set the desired heat between 68.9 °C and 210 °C. The pot is also stovetop compatible for preheating or alternative cooking. After use, let the unit cool, detach the cord, and nest the pot, base, fork holder, cord, and lid together for storage.
