Miele CM6360 Milk Perfection Countertop Coffee Machine

The Miele CM6360 Milk Perfection is a countertop coffee machine with a built-in grinder and a stainless steel milk siphon paired with a glass milk flask, so milk froth is prepared directly in the flask. It brews espresso, coffee, cappuccino, latte macchiato, espresso macchiato, cappuccino Italiano, pots of coffee or tea and a variety of tea drinks, and the beverage parameters can be programmed for portion size, grind size, coffee strength, amount of milk froth, brew temperature and water hardness.

Up to 8 personal user profiles store each person's drink settings, and DoubleShot doubles the ground coffee while keeping the water amount the same for a stronger cup. Five performance modes cover different situations: Expert mode lets the coffee and water quantities be adjusted during preparation, Eco mode heats only when a drink is started, Barista mode keeps the machine at brewing temperature, Party mode suppresses cleaning prompts during gatherings, and Latte mode shortens the time for milk-based drinks. A cup heater keeps cups warm, and the removable components and automatic rinse, descaling and degreasing programs handle machine hygiene.

How to use

Fill the 1.8 L water tank and the bean container, then select a beverage from the wide range of coffee specialties. Beverage parameters such as portion size, grind size, coffee strength, amount of milk froth, brew temperature and water hardness can be programmed, and up to 8 user profiles can store personal settings. Choose a performance mode to suit the moment: Expert, Eco, Barista, Party or Latte.
