These Atmovac ATV Series channeled vacuum sealer bags are made from a seven-layer coextruded film with at least 20% nylon, giving them the strength and barrier protection needed for commercial foodservice and production use. Each bag measures 20.3 cm by 30.5 cm, a size suited to portioning and storing individual cuts, prepared meals, and ingredients.

The bags work with both external and chamber vacuum machines, and the EZ-tear notches let you open them by hand without scissors. They handle temperatures from -40°C to 105°C, so the same bag can go from freezer to sous-vide bath to rethermalizing without a change of packaging.
