The Weston 6 Tray Digital Food Dehydrator is a countertop appliance for preserving foods such as meats, jerky, banana chips, fruit rollups, dried herbs, fruits and vegetables. Its adjustable digital thermostat lets you set the drying temperature from 37°C to 71°C, and the 48-hour timer switches the unit off automatically.

Continuous air flow provides even drying and eliminates the need to rotate trays. The unit includes one mesh sheet for fine foods and herbs and one fruit roll up tray, so you can control the sugar and salt content of what you dry.

Materials & care

Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Wash the trays, mesh sheet and fruit roll up tray by hand in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly before the next use.

How to use

Set the drying temperature with the adjustable digital thermostat from 37°C to 71°C, then set the 48-hour timer. Continuous air flow provides even drying without rotating trays, and the unit shuts off automatically when the timer ends.
