The All-Clad EZ Clean Pro Deep Fryer is a 3.5 L fryer with a patented automatic oil filtration system. When frying is finished, turn the dial to automatic filtration and the temperature sensor waits for the oil to cool before passing it through a sieve into the oil box below, so the oil can be reused multiple times.

It holds 1.2 kg of food and offers precise temperature control from 148.9°C to 190.56°C. The locking lid, large viewing window, cool-touch handles and automatic shut-off make frying safer, while the odor filter keeps cooking smells in check. The cooking basket, bowl, lid and oil box are dishwasher safe.

Materials & care

The cooking basket, bowl, lid and oil box are dishwasher safe. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.

How to use

Add oil to the fryer and set the temperature between 148.9 °C and 190.6 °C. After frying, turn the dial to automatic filtration; the oil cools and is filtered into the oil box below for reuse.
